Vehicle Decoding
Europe’s leading decoder for American vehicles, Paul Hilton, offers this service exclusively to club members free of charge. All types of codes can be deciphered including - VIN/Chassis and body tag/plate codes; Engine; Gearbox and Axle. Paul can also decode American or Canadian manufactured vehicles assembled in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

Year of Manufacture Confirmation for DVLA or
Year Related Registrations
If you wish to apply to the DVLA for one of these services, you will require a year verification certificate confirming the year of manufacture of your vehicle.

We will require a rubbing and photos of your VIN/Chassis and body tag/plate codes, a photocopy of your Vehicle Registration Document (V5), or Import Documents and three photographs (not photo-copies) of your vehicle (front, rear and side).

Insurance Valuations
We can provide you with a valuation certificate stating the current value of your vehicle (for insurance purposes only).

A Vehicle Condition Declaration form must be completed for this service.

Additional charges
If a member is also a proprietor of a related business and requires the above services for his/her business or a client, extra charges will apply, please enquire.

Non-members
The above services are only provided to members of the associated clubs, they are not available to non-members.
